Our Educational Mission
SCEPTER teaches military personnel to understand and manage their own records, pay, and benefits through practical application. We believe that when service members understand how their compensation works, how to organize their records, and how to protect their intellectual property, they gain agency and sovereignty over their own data.
All tools, calculators, and resources are provided for educational purposes only. SCEPTER is not affiliated with the Department of Defense and does not replace official government systems. Always verify information with authoritative sources such as DFAS, myPay, your unit S1, or official military publications.
